A poorly structured timeline ruins the flow. The programme starts late, transitions drag on, guests lose attention.
We build a realistic dramaturgical plan for the whole evening — when to add energy, when to slow down, and where the right moment for the headline act is.
Supplier coordination
What can go wrong
The artists arrive but the catering is still serving. The technicians don't know when or what to play. Everyone is focused only on their own part.
On-site we keep track of the timing for you — we know when catering closes, when the lighting team is cued, and the right moment for performers to enter. You communicate only with us.
Guest arrival & first impression
What can go wrong
Guests' arrival is the most overlooked part of the evening. Yet the first impression sets the entire atmosphere.
We advise on how to greet guests with character — walking acts, ambient music, entrance scenography. The evening starts earlier than the client realises.
Contingency plans
What can go wrong
A performer falls ill, the programme is delayed, or the client changes plans at the last minute. Something always happens at events — and not everything is in our hands.
We always prepare backup options within the entertainment scope and maintain a network of vetted artists. Many situations we can solve on the fly — and where we can't, we will be open with you.
