Brief
The client was celebrating 30 years in business — a milestone that deserved more than a standard party. They wanted a programme that would truly reflect the occasion, feel welcoming to a mixed audience of management and technical teams alike, and close the evening on a genuinely emotional high. At the same time, it was important that the entertainment complemented rather than competed with the formal atmosphere and speeches.
Our solution
Walking acts were with the guests from the very first moment — welcoming them at the entrance, mingling through the crowd, entertaining, and posing with them at the photo booth. The centrepiece of the evening was a bespoke light and laser show with custom projections: key milestones from the company's 30-year history, a logo rebrand reveal, and projections mapped directly onto the performers' costumes. A specially written voice-over narrated the company's story throughout. To close, a mirror duo got the room moving with a short dance performance — and the party began.
