Brief
The international organisation WANO was hosting a gala dinner for delegates from around the world. The programme needed to be world-class, honour the formal atmosphere of the evening, and fill a grand ballroom — all without interrupting networking or speeches.
Our solution
We designed a programme that respected the natural flow of a formal evening. Aerial acrobatics as the headline act at the night's peak moment, complemented by elegant dance performances throughout. The entire programme was coordinated in lockstep with catering and AV production.
